1. Return Window & Eligibility
- Return Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item was delivered.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Exclusions: Custom-built golf cars, modified components, and special order items are not eligible for standard returns. Please contact us directly if you have questions about your specific item.
2. Return Process

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of parts and accessories unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For large items like golf cars, return freight logistics must be arranged directly through our support team.
- Return Address: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will provide the exact return warehouse address once your request is approved.
3. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the product.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be automatically processed on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
- Restocking Fee: Returns on select high-value items, freight shipments, or vehicle components may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and logistics.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
