1. Delivery Scope

  • Shipping Area: We ship exclusively within the contiguous United States.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees, service charges, or additional costs added at checkout.

2. Processing and Handling

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing, quality inspection, and packaging.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

3. Shipping Methods

  • We utilize different carriers based on the nature of your purchase to ensure safe and reliable delivery:

    • Parts & Accessories: Shipped via standard parcel carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS).

    • Golf Carts: Shipped via specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carriers.

  • Freight Delivery Requirements: Because golf carts require specialized transport, these deliveries are scheduled. The carrier will contact you at the phone number provided at checkout to coordinate a delivery window. A signature is required upon arrival.

4. Transit Times

  • Estimated Transit: Once dispatched, please allow 3–7 business days for standard transit and delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier schedules.

5. Inspection and Damage Policy

    • Inspection: Upon delivery, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect your vehicle or parts before signing for the shipment.

    • Noting Damage: You must document any visible damage, missing items, or box defects on the Bill of Lading (BOL) provided by the driver. Failure to note discrepancies at the time of delivery may impact our ability to process insurance claims, replacements, or refunds.
