Return and Refund Policy

At Masekkgolfcars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund guidelines below to understand our policies regarding your order.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

Return Window: We offer a 30-day return window from the date your item was delivered.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Custom-built golf carts, modified components, and special-order items are not eligible for standard returns. Please contact us directly if you have questions about your specific item.

2. Return Process

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs of parts and accessories unless the item arrived damaged or defective. For large items such as golf carts, return freight logistics must be arranged directly through our support team.
Return Address: Items sent back without first requesting a return authorization will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will provide the appropriate return warehouse address.

3. Refunds & Restocking Fees

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected based on the condition of the product.
Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
Restocking Fee: Returns on select high-value items, freight shipments, or vehicle components may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover handling and logistics costs.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
